The detached garage has room for two cars as well as space for a golf cart. Above the garage is a comfortable guest suite with a bathroom, and a kitchenette.

In addition to the covered garage in front of the house, there is a private screened porch with an outdoor brick fireplace. The screened porch also features a kitchen with a mini-fridge, sink, and Bull grill for a barbecue when the game is on. The screened porch has durable tabby oyster flooring to resist the elements. From the living room, you can find the sunlit gallery looking out onto the terrace where you’ll see the outdoor pool and spa. Beyond the terrace surrounding the pool is a beautiful terraced yard.
