A Tastemakers of the South award winner and James Beard–recognized public historian, Tiffanie has crafted creative menus for world-class chefs, hosted mixology classes globally, and showcased her expertise on Netflix’s High on the Hog, Drink Masters, and Amazon Prime’s Three Drinkers. Her work celebrates the history, culture, and craft of cocktails, with a focus on equity, education, and community. Tiffanie will lead interactive mixology workshops at Palmetto Bluff, guiding participants in exploring the spirits, techniques, and creativity behind every pour.

During this workshop at Hush, Montage Palmetto Bluff’s speakeasy, you’ll join her on a journey through Black, Latin, and Southern traditions that brought their own unique flavors to their spirits and their own methods to their mixology. With each pour, you’ll gain a greater appreciation of the story behind the spirit, remixing them with your own personal flair into something all your own.
