New Developer Release: Moreland Forest

Written by Palmetto Bluff

Palmetto Bluff is excited to introduce its newest residential offering, Moreland Forest. Strategically and thoughtfully designed to include homesites that overlook preserved areas in perpetuity – and built around wildlife corridors — this new collection of homesites features expansive lots located along the inland water trail and lagoons. When Moreland Forest is completed, it will extend Palmetto Bluff’s inland waterway by a mile, bringing the total length to 7.5 miles and connecting homeowners in Moreland Forest to Wilson Village with ease. As inventory across all property types remains the lowest ever seen at Palmetto Bluff, and an extensive pool of potential buyers waiting in the wings have driven values to new heights in virtually every segment, an unprecedented 13 homesites in Moreland Forest were sold for $12.8M on the first day of pre-release sales.

Moreland Forest is the first residential offering shepherded by South Street Partners and was conceived to appeal to every family member. Within walking distance to the amenities of Moreland Village, including Cole’s restaurant, a bowling alley, game room, art loft, two swimming pools, the Palmetto Bluff Conservancy, and a state-of-the-art fitness center, as well as biking trails and community docks along Lake Bales and Cauley’s Creek, there are endless amenities and activities for residents of all ages.

Moreland Forest is the first residential offering we have overseen from conception to completion since purchasing Palmetto Bluff. We are extremely happy to be able to offer such a picturesque, family-friendly community within this best-in-class property,” said Patrick Melton, Managing Partner at South Street Partners.
